Enterprise Implementation Consultant

Enterprise Implementation Consultant role at Samsara, responsible for managing the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers, enabling customers to achieve quick time to value in their investment. The role involves project management, solution workshops, change management, and customer training. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role, with strong project management skills, consultative skills, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role.
• Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies.
• 2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products.
• 2+ years running on-site workshops with over 10 stakeholders.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills.
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders: executives, Product and Engineering senior management, day-to-day users of our software.
• Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
