Implementation Consultant

Samsara is a pioneer of the Connected OperationsTM Cloud, and we are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of Samsara technology to customers, enabling them to achieve quick time to value in their investment. You will also lead solution workshops, guide customers through change management processes, and run training sessions to ensure a successful deployment of our solution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role.
• Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies.
• 2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills.
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Experience managing >20 implementations/projects at a time.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders: executives, Product and Engineering senior management, day-to-day users of our software.
• Passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
• German fluency.
• Strong bias for action, the ability to think big, with insistence on high standards.
• Change management delivery experience.
• Experience using AI or automation into CS workflows to drive measurable productivity improvements.
• French/ Dutch fluency is a bonus.
