Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultant role involves leading end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, ensuring successful client onboarding, deployment, and adoption. The role combines technical project management, client-facing consulting, system configuration, process optimization, and implementation execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, implementation consulting, technical project management, software deployment, onboarding, or systems consulting
• Experience implementing SaaS platforms and software systems
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Business process mapping and workflow analysis experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving ability
• Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
