Implementation Consultant - lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects and ensure successful client onboarding, deployment, and adoption. Responsibilities include technical project management, client-facing consulting, system configuration, process optimization, and implementation execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, implementation consulting, technical project management, software deployment, onboarding, or systems consulting
• Strong technical problem-solving ability
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Organized and process-driven mindset
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language
• Proactive with risk identification and issue resolution
