Supply Chain Change Manager

Samsara is seeking a Change Management Program Manager to lead transformational initiatives at Samsara, ensuring system implementations, process redesigns, and AI-enabled tools are adopted effectively and sustainably. The role is responsible for change management leadership and project management, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive change within the Operations organization and beyond. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in change management, program management, or organizational effectiveness, with demonstrated exposure to Operations, supply chain, or similarly complex operational environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management, program management, or organizational effectiveness
• Change management certification (Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to run projects end-to-end, owning scope, timeline, resource coordination, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch stabilization with minimal oversight
• Proven track record of leading change on large-scale system implementations or process transformation initiatives spanning multiple teams or functions, with measurable adoption outcomes
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) in the context of change, training, or process design
