IT Intern

The IT Intern will assist with day-to-day operations and support in various IT projects and initiatives, providing technical support and performing regular system updates and reviews to ensure data accuracy and security.

Requirements

• Complete data entry and perform data analysis to support daily functions and process improvement.
• Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy of information.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Help maintain and configure equipment such as computer and phone systems, and other IT equipment.
• Participate in system testing and assist in updates or installations.
• Prepare and organize data for entry into IT systems.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow strong cybersecurity practices in compliance with business regulations.
• Collaborate with IT Team members to support with daily operations and maintenance.
• Provide support on special projects as requested.
