Retail Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for achieving sales target and enhancing profitability through the efficient management of staff, product and operating expenses.

Requirements

• Meet and exceed sales plans set for the store within defined budgets.
• Analyze and facilitate trends to facilitate planning.
• Apply and oversee adherence of the store team to the 4 mandatory selling standards.
• Recruit and train high caliber and talented staff.
• Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Maintain store and window presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with defined standards.
• Ensure thorough preparation and implementation of promotions and correct use of promotional POS materials.
• Maintain high standards within the branch.
• Ensure that cleaning is carried out daily and look after all fixture fittings and stock.
• Maintain a well-groomed, neat and tidy appearance at all times, in line with Company Dress Policy.
