Job Description
Serve as the Lead for all Repair/Maintenance Technicians on all shifts, and for all processes in Cable Manufacturing. Responsible for general safety, technician training, scheduling, performance tracking, and procurement of necessary tools and equipment.
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience in a technical role in a Manufacturing facility
- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic knowledge and advanced troubleshooting
- 20/40 correctable vision
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. from floor to waist and have full use of all digits
- Capable of standing and/or sitting for more than 90 minutes straight
