Job Description
Provide daily electrical control support, assistance and troubleshooting in all Samtec production areas, assist in the development of new electrical projects, and work under pressure to troubleshoot issues and guarantee business continuity.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience on similar positions
- At least 50% of Electrical, electromechanical, or industrial maintenance engineering
- Intermediate English level
- PLC Programming troubleshooting experience
- HMI programming experience
- VFD installation and programming experience
- Servo motor programming experience
- Must be willing to work in a chemical environment
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes
- CPR/First Aid/AED training
- Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist
- Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations
