Job Description
We are seeking a Process Integration Engineer to join our Optoelectronics team in Colorado Springs, CO. The Process Integration Engineer is responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are properly developed and documented while maintaining change traceability to support efficient production and align with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience related to optoelectronics packaging
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and process engineering
- Ability to support multiple projects and collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in documentation, validation, and quality assurance practices
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
