Product Design Engineer

Samtec, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer to design and develop solutions within New Product Engineering. The role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, purchasing, and other engineering teams to conduct cost analyses, develop engineering solutions, and address quality concerns. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of related experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in electrical connector design, plastic injection molding, and progressive die stamping
