Production Supervisor

Responsible for management, supervision, and development of production associates to achieve the organization's objectives such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, and strategic focuses. Responsible for the area's performance metrics, ensuring company policies are communicated, and providing training to associates.

Requirements

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process knowledge for related areas
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Leadership skills and ability to work with multiple groups of people
• Ability to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes and lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
