Job Description
Samtec is seeking a Repair Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and support manufacturing machinery. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, preventative maintenance, and potentially machining, requiring a strong focus on operational efficiency and minimal machine downtime. This position is for a first-line technician within the team.
Requirements
- Coordinate assigned PM tasks to minimize machine downtime
- Support Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering on projects
- Perform light machining and basic electrical controls repairs
- Assemble and debug new tooling
- Order and maintain tooling, replacement tools, and additional capacity
- Meet 90% OTD
