Responsible for setup, maintaining, testing, adjusting, and supporting manufacturing machinery and machinery processes, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on a wide spectrum of tooling and production equipment.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years' Experience in a Technical or Manufacturing environment
- Must have 20/40 correctable vision
- Experience as maintenance or equipment technician
- Experience reading product blue prints
- Electrical experience including, but not limited to, proximity sensors, servo motors, production cameras, programming and troubleshooting PLC's
- Tool and Machine background including experience in basic machinist skills, general die mechanics and bench work, and soldering
- Familiar with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
- Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs
- Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist
- Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations. May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear). May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear)
