Job description
Investigate component quality problems caused by external suppliers, ensuring site compliance to Samtec QMS and ITAR requirements. Work with managers and engineering groups to solve quality problems internally and externally.
Identify root cause of quality issues, execute product quality improvements, audit suppliers, and study techniques to improve product and process control methods.
Ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work with suppliers, and experience with quality assurance and ISO standards.
