Job description
Investigate component quality problems caused by external suppliers, ensuring site compliance to Samtec QMS and ITAR requirements. Work with managers and engineering groups to solve quality problems.
Identify root cause of quality issues, execute product quality improvements, and engage with suppliers on quality issues. Audit suppliers to ISO standards and work with manufacturing quality to investigate root cause of quality issues.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with quality assurance, auditing, and process improvement.
