Network and System Administrator

The Network & Systems Administrator will support and maintain a modern, secure technology environment, spanning both network infrastructure and core enterprise systems. This role sits within the IT Infrastructure team and is responsible for the day-to-day health, availability, and documentation of network and server platforms that support academic, and administrative operations.

Requirements

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching (Cisco IOS), wireless (Aruba), VPN (FortiGate), firewall policies and VoIP (WebEx Cloud Calling)
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS (internal and external), DHCP, and Group Policy
• Support and maintain cloud platforms like O365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune configure & deployment, and Conditional access policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network and server documentation
• Manage all network and system changes through the IT change management process
• Act as a primary network and systems technical lead for client projects
• Mentor junior team members
• Assists in establishing standards, policies, and procedures as they apply to the use of these Technologies
