The Human Simulation/Simulated Participant Program Manager reports to the HSSC Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing the Simulated Patient (SP) program, including recruitment, scheduling, and training, as well as upholding Human Simulation Accreditation standards and alignment.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree required
- 1+ years of experience coaching or mentoring others
- 1+ years of previous experience working with standardized or simulated participants
- 1+ years of supervising experience preferred
- Intermediate experience with the latest version of Microsoft productivity tools such as Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate the Internet and library databases as a resource and research tool
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence
- Demonstrated administrative, organizational & prioritizing skills
- Demonstrated good judgment and critical thinking skills to make suggestions regarding efficiencies and effectiveness and to solve daily problems.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software used in daily job functions
