Director, Tax

The Director, Tax is responsible for ensuring timely preparation, review, and filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns, and for managing and improving the tax compliance process. They will also develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position and advise on tax implications of business operations, transactions, and acquisitions.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional Designation, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
• 10+ years' experience in audit and tax function, corporate tax function, and provisions and preparation of returns
