Job Description
The Tool & Die Supervisor will lead and direct Toolmakers in daily activities and projects, ensuring equipment and machinery operate safely and comply with manufacture specifications. The role will also involve working with customers and Die Shops on new tooling launches and changes, and attending die review and run-off sessions.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Technical Diploma/Degree in Tool and Die Design or Manufacturing Engineering
- 6-8 years of experience as a Toolmaker in an automotive tooling environment
- Leadership and project management skills
