Maintenance Operations Associate (Part-Time)

The Maintenance Operations Associate is a part-time role responsible for supporting the overall maintenance and operational needs of the full campus, performing daily checks of critical equipment, completing assigned maintenance tasks, and monitoring contracted vendors.

Requirements

• 2 + years' experience in facility maintenance
• Experience with fire safety systems, water treatment, therapy pools, HVAC, and basic MEP systems
• General computer skills, and proficiency within the Microsoft family of programs
• Effective communicator and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry items over 50 lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in varied and extreme weather conditions
