The Chief Engineer will lead a skilled engineering team, maintain and enhance the resort, and make a meaningful impact across the 18-acre property. This is an opportunity for a hospitality engineering leader to grow their career at a dynamic resort.

Requirements

• Lead and execute proactive Preventive Maintenance programs while responding efficiently to guest, member, and employee service needs.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a diverse engineering team.
• Actively support and advance the resort’s Green Initiative, identifying innovative strategies to reduce environmental impact.
• Elevate overall property condition, safety, and guest experience through attention to detail and team collaboration.
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that balances professionalism with fun.
