Job Description
The Mental Health Counselor II provides a range of services as part of the treatment team, including case management, rehabilitation, and linkage to resources. They work with families to develop individualized plans and provide support in various settings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- At least 2 years of experience working with SED children and their families
- Valid Class C California Driver's License
- Strong writing, organizational, and computer skills
- Knowledge of community resources
