- 4+ years of NP experience
- Current California Nurse Practitioner license
- Active NP Furnishing number for prescriptive authorization
- Certification by the American Nurse Credentialing Center or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners
- DEA license for ordering controlled substances
- Current provider card in Basic Life Support and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Experience using electronic health record systems
