Job Description
The San Francisco Giants are seeking an experienced Command Center Lead to oversee the security team and ensure the execution of security policies and procedures at Oracle Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to listen, coach, and diffuse conflict, as well as excellent communication skills. This role reports to the Security Manager and requires the ability to work autonomously.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience successfully leading and operating a security team
- Able to deliver fact-based insights from technology, data, and incidents
- Great at driving and maintaining relationships with external and internal partners
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to coach employees
- Direct experience supervising high energy workforces in a sports environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of business continuity and crisis management principles
- Extensive experience with access control, CCTV, dispatching, and incident management of technology and systems
- Demonstrated work experience in physical and personal security
