The Service Engineer will provide remote and onsite support for end-user PC hardware and software issues, as well as perform network related tasks and customer support.
Requirements
- 2 years Diploma in Computer Technician and Systems Management or equivalent
- Certified Windows Professional or CompTIA A+ certification (advantage but not required)
- At least one-year experience in supporting end user technical concerns
