Job Description
Sana Biotechnology is hiring an Associate Director, External Manufacturing to oversee day-to-day operational performance of key contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of outsourced clinical and/or commercial manufacturing experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and quality systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of outsourced clinical and/or commercial manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and quality systems
- Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to problem solve, build strong relationships, and to organize effectively
