Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, RIA operations, or client service
- Strong understanding of financial services (accounts, investments, basic market knowledge)
- Familiarity with custodial platforms (Pershing, Schwab, etc.)
- CRM experience (Wealthbox, Salesforce, or similar preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Must be client-service oriented with strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Preference for Series 7 and 66/65 or willingness to obtain
