Job Description
The Platform Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in helping wealth management firms fully leverage their technology ecosystem to drive efficiency and scale.
Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in wealth management, fintech, platform enablement, training, implementation, or advisor-facing technology roles.
- Strong understanding of advisor, client service, and operational workflows within an RIA or independent wealth management firm.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, financial planning software, tax or estate planning tools, or learning platforms.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technology concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Consultative, problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving adoption and change.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating discussions.
- Experience supporting multi-platform ecosystems and integrations.
- Prior experience in training, enablement, or consulting roles within financial services.
