Job Description
Join Sanctuary Supported Living as an Apprentice Care and Support Assistant and empower independence for people with disabilities. Work towards a free, fully funded Health and Social Care qualification while developing practical skills and supporting others to live more independently.
Requirements
- Provide tailored support to customers with learning and physical disabilities
- Work one-to-one as a Key Worker
- Assist with daily personal care
- Assist with medication management
- Support customers to get out and about
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment
