Asset Surveyor

We are looking for an Asset Surveyor to join our growing team, based in our Kingsmead Office in London. The role will involve asset project management, disrepair and other associated works.

Requirements

• Degree, AssocRIC, MRICS, CIOB HND or HNC in Surveying or currently undertaking the qualification
• Some experience in a building and surveying environment
• Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
• Good communication skills
• Ability to interpret computerized data
