Requirements
- Experience in a similar role in a customer service background
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent in business administration or customer service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience with managing staff with the ability to lead, motivate and mentor, and provide clear guidance
- Proven experience completing administrative tasks with the ability to problem solve
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
