The role of Project Worker will include regularly assessing the needs of clients by writing and updating support plans, and signposting access to education, training, and employment. Assisting clients with managing finances and welfare benefits. Encouraging social inclusion and helping clients to build their confidence, resilience, and self-esteem.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a role supporting victims of domestic abuse or a background gained in a supported living environment in a project worker capacity
- Sound knowledge of housing management including voids and arrears management
- Good understanding of occupancy agreements
- NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
