Job Description
Sanctuary Supported Living is recruiting for a Bank Project Worker to work at their OFSTED registered Young People Scheme in Hartlepool. The role involves assessing customer needs, supporting daily living, and encouraging social inclusion.
Requirements
- Proven experience of working with vulnerable people
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Effective communication skills
- Sound knowledge of action/support planning, key working, risk assessment and safeguarding
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar
- NVQ3 in Health & Social Care, or willing to work towards
