Job Description
Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader to lead the day-to-day needs of residents, provide compassionate care, and support Care Assistants in their development. The ideal candidate will have experience in care, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach.
Requirements
- Experience in care is an essential requirement for the role
- NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
- Ability to communicate well and work as part of a team
- Kind and genuine like for older people and their needs
