We are looking for a Care Team Leader to lead our team and provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day needs of our residents are met, while also supporting Care Assistants in their development. Requirements
- Experience in care
- NVQ3 in Social Care desirable
- Good communication skills
