Caretaker

Sanctuary is seeking a Caretaker to join their team in Stoke On Trent. The role involves providing estate maintenance services, including caretaking, cleaning, basic repair and grounds maintenance duties. The Caretaker will work with a team of two other Caretakers and 12 Multi Trade Operatives. The role requires a full valid UK driving license and basic knowledge of health and safety legislation.

Requirements

• Able to demonstrate a competent level of numeracy and literacy
• Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks
• Practical experience of carrying out risk assessments
• Knowledge of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) guidelines
• Basic communication skills for reading written instructions and updating records
