Electrician

Sanctuary is hiring an Electrician to provide efficient and cost-effective electrical maintenance tasks, provide quality customer care, and work with a team of 6 to respond to customer complaints and breakdowns. The role requires 18th Edition - 3rd and 4th amendment, NVQ Level 3 in core electrics, City & Guilds 2391-52, and AM2 qualifications, as well as recent experience in a similar role and excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.

Requirements

• Carrying out installation, fault fixing and maintenance duties
• Providing accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer
• Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations
• Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocks are replenished as needed
• Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
• Proven experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
• Ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA) for work scheduling
• Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
