Maintenance Operative

Maintenance Operative position available at Beach Lawns Residential & Nursing Home in Weston Super Mare, £14.00 per hour, 15 hours per week, supporting a culture that cares for residents and employees alike.

Requirements

• Practical experience in minor repairs, basic plumbing and DIY
• Understanding of health and safety protocols (Legionella awareness desirable)
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
• Valid driving licence and access to transport
• Confidence using an iPad or laptop for compliance tasks
