We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a technology team to perform account management platform initiatives within the billing domain. This role will play a key part in managing and coordinating activities for newly developed and enhanced systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar Analyst type role
- Industry background in telecommunications, technology, or related industry is preferred
- Proven experience understanding billing and financial concepts like subscriptions, rate plans, charges, credits, general ledger, financial reporting, payment processing is required
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms is required
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint are needed
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting billing systems or account management platforms
- Familiarity with system releases, upgrades, and production support
- Must be organized, detail oriented and able to work in a client facing support role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential for success
