Financial and Accounting Consultant, Integration Team

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Consultant to support a complex integration initiative following a business acquisition. This role will lead finance and accounting integration activities, ensuring operational readiness for Day 1 legal close and successful transition away from seller-provided services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP integration initiatives
• Hands-on experience with finance and accounting integration in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
• Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and close processes
• Experience leading ERP or financial system implementations and cutovers
• Experience with chart of accounts mapping and financial data migration
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, workstreams, and governance structures
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
