We are looking for an experienced M&A Integration Program Manager to work within an IMO (Integration Management Office) for a long-term, remote consulting engagement. The role will involve managing integrations across several functional areas for an enterprise technology organization, providing strategic planning, coordination, and facilitation, as well as documentation and executive-level reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years strong program management experience managing multiple workstreams
- Consulting experience with M&A integration activities across several functional areas is required
- Experience with merger integrations is highly desired
- Proven knowledge of program management methodology and certification like PMP, Agile, or scrum
- Industry experience in enterprise technology companies or organizations highly desired
- Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence
- Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures
- Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence, strategize and negotiate
- Ability to think critically and process information quickly, presenting a succinct and insightful format for executives
- Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills are desired
- Direct hands-on proficiency with Advanced Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
