Technical Program Manager

Sand Cherry Associates seeks an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex program delivery in the cable, broadband, or telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in program management, data migration, and technical expertise in the telecom industry. The role is a long-term hybrid position in Denver, CO or Philadelphia areas, requiring authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive program or project management experience, including large-scale system implementations and data migrations
• Experience in the telecom, cable, or broadband enterprise industry
• Proven success managing data migration efforts from legacy to modern platforms
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into actionable strategy for diverse audiences
• Expertise in developing executive presentations and stakeholder materials, delivering concise, meaningful insights and program updates
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
• PMP or similar certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• MBA preferred
