Job Description
The Associate, Worship role provides administrative and organizational support for the Central Worship Department at Sandals Church. The role helps create clarity, consistency, and momentum across worship operations, staffing processes, coaching systems, and team communication.

- Worship experience or related experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn new systems and make things more efficient
- Calendaring and coordination experience
- Experience keeping others on task and on time
