Job Description
The Kids Lead role exists to build and lead a strong Real Team who creates a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where kids learn to be real with themselves, God, and others. This role focuses on discipling kids, developing leaders, and partnering with parents to disciple their kids.
Requirements
- Cast compelling vision for Sandals Kids that reflects the church’s mission and values.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new volunteers.
- Create a culture where volunteers feel valued, supported, and discipled.
- Oversee safe and loving environments for babies through preschoolers.
- Lead volunteers to run an engaging, high-energy elementary service.
- Collaborate with central staff to execute curriculum with excellence.
- Resource, equip and come alongside parents to be the primary spiritual nurturers of their child’s faith.
- Support campus-wide events, engagement, and discipleship.
Benefits
- Pay range: $20–$22 per hour
