Senior Manager, Operations

The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to build on their momentum in using AI and automation to improve operations across finance, IT, HR, and systems. The role will oversee day-to-day operations, identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows, and design new solutions to improve efficiency and scalability. The team works to build a more equal and resilient world through community, research-based content, and programs for women and allies.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of operations, chief of staff, or related experience
• A track record with AI or automation initiatives that created real efficiency
• Comfort with financial operations basics: budget tracking, expense management, and reporting
• Strong project management instincts and a reliability to close loops
• A systems thinker who sees the whole before the parts
• A natural generalist, equally comfortable in an HR conversation, a systems audit, and a finance review
• Clear, confident communication across different audiences
