Shift Lead (Key Holder)

Deliver a world-class guest experience, provide technical support and troubleshooting, and keep the facility in top shape. The Shift Lead (Key Holder) will also manage shifts, lead the team, and provide training to new staff members.

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience at the operations management level in a retail or hospitality industry
• Physical stamina and ability to be on feet for long periods of time
• Close-distance hand-eye coordination and ability to manipulate basic hand tools
