Job description
Lead the QA function to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, Sandoz Quality Manual, and Industry Best Practices. Execute special GxP requirements and ensure quality relevant processes are compliant.
Implement quality standards, regulatory controls, and Key Quality Indicators. Ensure adequate escalation of issues, CAPA implementation, and regulatory inspection preparation.
Ideal candidate has industry/business exposure, functional breadth, and people leadership skills. Must be agile, have audit management, business acumen, and communication skills.
