Job Description
Maintain food safety and quality standards, monitor and verify food safety procedures, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous QA experience and HACCP Certification
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and understand food safety protocols
- Experience with thermometer calibration and basic safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout
