Job Description
Sandvik Mining is looking for a Parts & Services (P&S) Service Excellence Manager to elevate service performance across the USA Parts & Services organization. The role leads key specialist functions to ensure consistent service delivery, standardization, process quality, digital enablement, and continuous improvement across all branches.
Requirements
- Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or related experience
- 10+ years' experience in the mining industry or related heavy-equipment environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
